Help Desk

Ø       Front end overall status - view operator display of all online lanes (multi-terminal monitoring)

o        View what's going on in store without having to remotely diagnose over the phone.

Ø       Single terminal monitoring – view a terminal to diagnose a situation including history of events leading up to current state.

Ø       Terminal remote control to perform diagnostics
