Overview - Brief Description of Feature

Provides access to POS information and control functions from a mobile device including authorized remote terminal monitoring and control.

Problem - What Problem Does the Feature Solve?

Provides authorized store managers and supervisors a tool to remotely monitor checkout POS activity including the ability to remotely assist associates or to authorize override functions.  Nearly every terminal or controller function that a manager might need to perform can be supported in a mobile application.

Solution - Short Description of How the Feature Works

This feature is not yet implemented beyond the concept stage.  Multiple architectural options exist ranging from web server application to native client application to some kind of combination of these two.  Actual implementation design is determined based on device, functional requirement, and customer network and security requirements.
